Responsibilities Identifies talent from a variety of sources. Serves as a resource to recruiters and hiring managers to find and cultivate candidates across all Adtalem business groups and brands Builds talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques (ATS mining, SEO, Social Media Recruiting) across a multitude of channels to develop relationships with key professionals to create a pipeline of diverse talent for targeted positions through name generation across various markets and companies Maps target organizations based on research and discussions Gathers data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right talent Challenges the status quo through meaningful data that informs a better and stronger recruiting process Demonstrates skill in recruiting research methods Actively participates in intake calls with hiring managers and provides intel on market conditions that help to inform the search strategy Familiarizes the recruiting team with opportunities and mediums to find talent, keeping cost and quality in mind at all times. Builds strong relationships with candidates to develop a strong virtual bench and create a world class candidate experience Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to the Talent Acquisition team. Monitors and tracks the candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies Develops ongoing, positive and proactive candidate relationships in order to recruit passive candidates. Explores the market for sourcing opportunities, including new technologies, social media, career fairs, etc. Completes other duties as assigned. #IND1 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in communications, Sales/Marketing, Human Resources or related field. 5 Years in Recruiting/Sourcing Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Advanced knowledge of sourcing, full life cycle recruiting, hiring process management, hiring manager interaction, time management, and technology Advanced experience in Internet research, candidate mining, Boolean search, etc. Advanced experience utilizing innovative sourcing/recruitment techniques to recruit passive candidates. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and meet/exceed deadlines set. Intermediate presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of recruiting.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
