$75/hr on w2 The role we are hiring for will provide support to the Products & Technology Financial Planning & Analysis (P&T FP&A) team, which encompasses our Products, Technology, Ads program, and Games.
The individual in this role will assist with Functional (Cost Center) support.
Key responsibilities will include a detailed forecast of headcount (HC) and operating expenses (OPEX), entry of these forecasts into our Financial Planning system, and headcount reconciliation in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams.
The role also requires financial reporting tasks, such as producing monthly actuals and conducting forecast variance analysis.
Light consolidation efforts will also be a part of the job, such as ownership of central data repositories and creating cross-team reports.
The individual will support ad-hoc analysis and be expected to carry out basic financial modeling.
While proficiency in systems and tools is not initially required, the candidate will be trained on the job to use Anaplan, Essbase, G-Suite (including Gsheets, Slides, and Docs), and to navigate Tableau.
