For this position we are seeking a highly motivated administrative assistant who is great with motivating and even training therapists.
Having knowledge and a passion for psychology and mental health is critical.
You will support our team by helping with training, HR tasks, psychological education, performance reviews, licensure documentation, and various types of service delivery (therapy, groups, workshops).
This is a great position for someone passionate about the field of psychology.
Primary responsibilities include:
Responding to leads and contact clients for mental health consultations Knowing our providers well - specialties, preferences, skills Manage documentation needed to support billing for providers HIPAA compliance lead Promoting provider education and growth Track government licensure requirements Provider evaluations Assist with onboarding and off boarding providers Comply with and enforce all confidentiality rules regarding HIPAA healthcare Secondary responsibilities include:
Support group therapy messaging and scheduling May prepare and make presentations to staff, boards, commissions, and external groups May provide ongoing statistical reports Skills:
Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Simple Practice EHR Strong organizational skills Excellent people interface skills Knowledge of psychology Organized and very responsive to communication Job Type:
