What They Are Looking for in the Position:
- Years of
Experience:
5 years of experience in high-end custom home building, with a preference for those who have completed at least 4-5 ground-up projects. Will look at a semi-custom residential OR commercial background if individual is willing to do High End residential. - Characteristics:
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing complex construction projects efficiently. - Project
Experience:
Significant experience in managing high-end residential construction projects from conception to completion. - Education:
A relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about delivering exceptional results, possesses a strong work ethic, and is proficient with Autodesk software. - Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
