Skilled Garden & Landscape Maintenance
Small design and fine gardening business in Los Gatos seeks a knowledgeable maintenance gardener (or two people who can work together) with experience and enthusiasm, for part time work, with a desire to grow with our company.
Our clients recognize and value the difference of skilled, fine ornamental pruning, native plant care, fruit tree care, smart irrigation and organic garden products.
Job Details:
-Position is for 15
hrs/week, starting now, and will grow into more, with the right person/people
-Projects are currently located from Palo Alto to Santa Cruz.
-Pay rate is based on experience, with competitive industry rates
This Position Requires the Candidate to:
-Have reliable transportation to each job site and some hand tools
-Have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent time management-Desire to learn more about plants and is trainable
-Works quickly and efficiently, works well alone and with others
-Enjoy solving problems, and being on the move all day, even in inclement weather
- Perform the nitty-gritty weeding, checking irrigation emitters, climbing ladders, raking and shoveling, heavy lifting that is a regular part of the job, as well fine pruning and ornamental horticulture tasksEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
