As ShareVault's Vice President, Sales, based in our Los Gatos, California, headquarters, you will report to the CEO and fulfill your mission to drive increased conversion rates and overall revenue. Leveraging the talents of our inside sales group, you will further develop and implement our formal consultative sales methodologies, team development, performance management benchmarks, and more. As you hit the ground running and immediately build rapport with our cross-functional teams, you will use all your strengths, from high-level strategic planning to roll-up-your-sleeves, dive-into-the-weeds tactical sales process improvement. You will interact closely with our management team and contribute to our marketing vision. We will look to you to build an organization of smart, ambitious, best-of-breed A players focused on winning, developing your team and driving them to new heights. Your lead-by-example approach, paired with a proven hiring methodology, will elevate the sales and marketing output in a tangible way.
We're looking for a VP, Sales with a unique blend of talents that encompass strategic vision and hands-on inside sales management. You will have leadership experience as a Senior Manager, Director, or Vice President, one who has nurtured inside sales teams and taken excellent care of existing customers, while at the same time finding and developing new accounts. Our ideal candidate will bring a track record of prior experience in software sales, preferably with SaaS or cloud-based offerings, meeting or exceeding quotas, and attaining high revenue growth through direct inside sales and through channels. You will have managed an inside sales team and mentored them to develop their leadership skills and achieve professional success and company sales growth.
