Accounts Payable Specialist Pay Rate:
DOE Duration:
3 months, maybe extended to 6 Desired Start Date:

3 Interview Process:
45 min video interview with hiring manager The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, able to process a large volume of transactions with high accuracy, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of multitasking and taking the initiative to drive process improvements.
Temporary position with a contract term of 3 - 6 months.
Responsibilities:
High volume Invoice data entry into Workday Handle invoices in multi-currency from domestic and international vendors for corporate and foreign subsidiaries Review, analyze, and respond to external/internal supplier inquiries and perform supplier reconciliations Review and Entry of Sales Used Tax, Tax Withholding on Invoices Review AP Invoice Aging Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems Highly motivated, works independently Detail oriented and organized Able to work with high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information Forward looking thinker who can articulate the need for and implement process improvements Understanding of SOX compliance rules and guidelines Exceptional communication skills Great attitude, team player International experience a plus Accounting or Finance background 3 - 5 years of relevant experience Degree in relevant field of study Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned Regards, Suman Bakshi 732 917 4895 sam@sourcechip.
