Financial Systems Manager

The Role: Roku is seeking an experienced Financial Systems Manager to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, Corporate Finance, this role will support many of the key systems within Roku's FP&A organization. This role will serve as the primary owner of FP&A's planning and budgeting tool, with responsibility for both the technical design, implementation and maintenance of the system as well as managing integration, consolidation and refresh cycles in support of close, forecast and budget cycles.  You'll work directly with members of Roku's Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and IT/Business Applications teams, and play a key role in developing and implementing scalable financial models and reporting solutions within Adaptive and other enterprise-level systems as needed.  The successful candidate will have prior experience driving successful Adaptive implementations as well as serving as the administrator in a corporate finance environment.  You must be comfortable working independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment.  A strong business acumen and the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions will be critical to this role. Key Responsibilities: Drive the implementation of Adaptive Insights to support forecasting, budgeting and reporting needs for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team Analyze existing spreadsheet-based financial models, identify technical requirements for Adaptive based models and reporting, and implement optimal solutions Maintain data integrity across systems to ensure the FP&A planning tool (Adaptive Insights) is accurate for actuals, data hierarchies, cost centers, company codes, and general ledger accounts Manage integration and refresh cycles that meet the users' needs, with emphasis during the close and forecast cycles Develop and support ongoing user training to ensure all functional users understand the application capabilities and leverage system capabilities to deliver the optimal user experience to the Finance team Lead, drive and refine systems where needed to support existing and new reporting requirements while maintaining reporting continuity with minimal disruptions Ensure appropriate controls are built into new tools and systems Anticipate executive management reporting needs, and deliver timely, accurate and insightful management reporting/analysis Serve as primary liaison between FP&A and IT for all financial system related issues, updates and enhancement projects Undertake and manage special projects and other reporting needs as required Experience/Qualifications: BS degree in finance, accounting, computer science or other quantitative field 5+ years of financial business process optimization, system configuration or system problem solving experience 5+ years of FP&A experience; a strong level of budgeting and forecasting experience is required 3+ years of direct experience with Adaptive 3+ years of experience and expert knowledge of NetSuite Exposure and knowledge of various financial functions and processes Previous experience successfully driving Adaptive implementations to support forecasting of full P&L at a company with multiple and varied revenue streams Excellent understanding of multi-dimensional data models and driver-based financial forecast models Project management experience and the ability to work cross functionally Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion while managing tight deadlines and competing priorities A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills SQL query experience preferred #LI-SR1 Characteristics of success at Roku Self-motivated individual who takes ownership Positive attitude Non political Results oriented Practical Hands on and team oriented Desire to win in a highly competitive environment Ability to adjust plan and react as needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
